HOW TO GET YOUR ACCOUNT DATA ON INSTAGRAM
Instagram has made it easy for you to be in control of your Account data and to see everything you have shared on Instagram, you have to download one copy of your data on Instagram or you can view your account.
INSTAGRAM DATA FROM DOWNLOAD
Download Instagram data on Android or iOS
* Click on your profile and tap on the profile icon
* Click on the 3 lines and select “settings”
* Select “privacy and security” and click on “Download Data”
* Type in the email address the download link will be sent to you
and click “Request Download”
* Type in your Instagram password
* An email will be sent to your email address with a link to your
data.
* Tap on “Download Data”.
Follow the instructions accordingly and receive your
data on or before 48 hours.
Download Instagram data on a computer with these steps
* Click on your profile icon
* Click on “Setting”
* Select “Privacy and security”
* Click on “Data Download” and select “Request Download”.
* Enter a valid email address where the link would be sent.
* Enter your Instagram account password.
* An email will be sent to your email address with a link.
* Click on the link and on “Download Data”.
Follow the instructions carefully and receive your data.
