HOW DO I CREATE A GMAIL ACCOUNT?
To sign up for Gmail account, you need first to create a Google Account.
You can use the username and password to sign in to Gmail and other Google products like YouTube, Google Play, and Google Drive.
Follow these steps:
- Go to theGoogle Account creation page.
- Follow the steps on the screen to set up your account.
- Use the account you created to sign in to Gmail.
- Then, your Gmail account is ready.
In cases, where the username you chose is taken; you simply make another choice because it means that:
- The username is already in use or;
- Very similar to an existing username (for example, if example@gmail.com already exists, you can’t use examp1e@gmail.com)
- The same as a username that someone used in the past and then deleted and;
- A case where the username was Reserved by Google to prevent spam or abuse
