If you got your first degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nigeria. You will need the following documents for NYSC online registration. 

• Degree certificate or statement of result
• School identity card
• JAMB admission letter
• Clear/neat passport photograph
• Birth certificate or Age declaration
• National identity Number (NIN)
• Marriage certificate and change of name evidence for married female prospective Corp members 

Documents Needed for NYSC Online Registration for Foreign-Trained Students

For aspiring Corp members who studied outside Nigeria, they require certain documents to be able to register for NYSC online. The documents are outlined below:

• Original degree certificate (first degree or HND certificate)
• Authorized official transcript of your results
• For those that studied in Indian universities, you will need Marksheet
• Original O’level certificate 
• The O’level certificate must contain at least five credits, including English and mathematics, in not more that two sittings
• Foreign candidates who did TOP-UP course are expected to upload their foundation certificate to the NYSC portal
• Foreign candidates who read professional medical courses, like medicine, optometry, pharmacy, nurses, medical laboratory science, radiography, etc., are required to upload their registration certificate and licence.
• International passport.

The NYSC registration form normally contains the following details:

• Your full name as they appear on your certificate 
• Your correct date of birth
• Gender
• Nationality
• Place of birth
• Marital status
• Functional phone number and email address
• Permanent home address
• Contact address
• Details of next of kin
• Your educational background, including your course of study, institution, matriculation number, NIN, year of graduation, passport photograph, and preferred state of deployment.
