Difference between Telegram and WhatsApp

Telegram and Whatsapp use for communication and mostly now for business. Although both applications serve the same purpose, there are still differences among them.

Group chat
This goes far beyond private chat. It creates room for many individuals to interact. While WhatsApp has a limited number of
individuals to contain in one group chat (maximum of 256), while
Telegram provides more space and contains thousands of contacts.

Privacy
Telegram private chats are more secured compared to WhatsApp.
Certain private chats on telegram made no provision for
screenshot and the chat will be cleared after a while.

Video note
While WhatsApp only made provision for voice note, Telegram has
both voice and video notes.

Stickers
Telegram has more amazing stickers for communication compared to
WhatsApp.

In conclusion, both applications are good in different ways. One can download the two and enjoy communication with
friends, family, co-workers or tutors.
